Why am I charged sales tax for my Heroescross.com purchases?

Nina Cusanelli LLC is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we have a “nexus” and where such states impose a tax on remote sales. A “nexus” essentially means any state in which we have a material business presence . Like all other internet and telephone based merchants, we must charge sales taxes where such taxes are imposed by the destination state.

Are all orders paid in full?

Yes. The total amount of all item(s) ordered will be charged in full to your credit card. Online orders cannot be paid for on an installment basis.

Can I deduct the donation that your company makes to the AFACF?

No, Nina Cusanelli LLC is making the donation to Art for a Cause Foundation from its revenues. If you would be so kind as to join us in supporting AFACF. Please go towww.artforacausefoundation.orgto do so.  Alternatively, you can donate directly to AFACF or the end charitable organizations themselves.

Can I return merchandise?

Yes, you can return merchandise to Nina Cusanelli LLC if there is an error on your order or you are not totally satisfied for any reason within 30 days. Please see the return policy on the Policies page on the web site for instructions on how to return merchandise.

How will your charges appear on my credit card bill?

You will have a charge that will say Heroescross.com or Nina Cusanelli LLC. This charge will include the purchase price, shipping and handling and sales tax if applicable. If you also elected to make a donation to AFACF, it will appear as a line item on your receipt.

Does Heroes Cross or AFACF endorse the charities mentioned on the AFACF page and website?

Yes. We feel the charities selected by AFACF are legitimate, well run, and efficient in their use of funds. We also believe that they fill an important mission for the Heroes they support. That said however, our listing of a charity does not in any way imply it has endorsed Nina Cusanelli LLC or any of its products, or the Art for a Cause Foundation.

What are your products made of?

Our Sterling Collection"e; of Heroes Crosses are made of sterling silver with 18k gold plating. Some have mini-diamonds embedded.
