The entire event that is September 11th converges into a powerfully striking design. As we envisioned all the elements of the event, what emerged was an image of the world's most profound symbol of ultimate loving sacrifice: a cross! Our cross brings to life what many of us already know: that out of the horror of that day, God will miraculously bring about something sacred and redemptive. Through the cross, God is putting his mark on that day, and making it holy.

Our exquisitely designed cross depicts the four airliners converging on the buildings involved that terrible day - the Twin Towers and the Pentagon. We wanted to capture the stark intensity of that day and in so doing memorialize all the victims of 9-11, not only those that died in the Twin Towers and at the Pentagon but also those that died on each of the four airliners. We combine symbols of all the 9-11 elements into a prayer of metal to be worn over our hearts in remembrance of that fateful day.
