Shipping Policy

We strive to process in-stock orders within 10 business days. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. 

Return Policy

We try veru hard to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order or you are not satisfied for any reason, please accept our apologies. Contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly remedy the situation if possible. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days. Included with your shipment should be ourReturns Form. Please follow its instructions and we will refund your order, however a 15% restocking fee may be assessed. Please note: you are responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend that customers use a shipper that provides tracking numbers for items shipped. We are not responsible for lost returns. It can take up to 90 days for this process to complete before a refund appears on your credit card statement .

We agree not to share or sell your information. This information is collected for the sole purpose of billing and shipping needs. All items on this web site are to be considered the property of the webmaster and may not be used without prior authorization.

Contributions Policy and Sponsorship of the Honor My Hero Project

A key element of our mission is to raise funds for causes that help our heroes and their families. We accomplish this mission by contributing approximately 10% of the sale price (exclusive of S&H charges and net of direct charges to revenue siuch as discounts and commisisons) of all our available products to these selected charities. We donate approximately twice per year based on cleared sales, i.e. sales after the 30 day return period has expired. We also contribute to the upkeep and operating expenses of the Honor My Hero Project which is sponsored by AFAC Foundation.
